Beginner Power heck yes! This is a seasonal series .
Class is taught at a slower pace learning breath, ,breaking down poses, then putting it all together.
Great for beginners or a yogi refresher.

Hot Vinyasa Flow

Sweat and surrender to a fun athletic flow, focusing on breath and movement a creative sequences Modifications are offered.               Temp 90 


Hot Power Yoga

Coastal hot Power classes will tone, strengthen and detoxify your body. The  mix of movement and sweat  will challenge you to your core. The Power sequence is a series of postures that flow from one movement to the next on breath. Modifications offered for taking it up or . great class to see mental and strength gains.

All Levels Vinyasa

Increases strength, stability and flexibility. It balances all the systems of the body with therapeutic postures and connects you to the awareness of your breath. Modifications can be made for all levels no matter what your experience, beginner or established athlete. Temp 75- 80    

 

Yin Yang              

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga  Yin Yoga emphasizes Yoga postures held on the floor for extended periods of time (usually 2 to 5 minutes or longer) with minimum muscular effort. The focus is on gentle stretching and stimulation of the fascia and connective tissues of the body primarily targeting the hips, pelvis and spine.
 Yang Yoga is the more traditional Yoga based on a practice that promotes muscular strength, stamina and flexibility.

Circuit Training

This Class is no yoga, Please wear sneakers and be prepared to move, Lift weights and swing some kettle bells.
Circuit station will be set, each circuit will have a designated excercise. .
Each station will be timed.
This class is for all levels.

This class is fun and energizing, spurts of cardio and weights will be used for a full body work-out..


 Yoga Sculpt

 

This is a strong class but suitable for all levels to advanced.
Yoga Flow interweaved with Light weights to work your body head to toe. optimizing your work-out.
