Coastal hot Power classes will tone, strengthen and detoxify your body. The mix of movement and sweat will challenge you to your core. The Power sequence is a series of postures that flow from one movement to the next on breath. Modifications offered for taking it up or . great class to see mental and strength gains.

Increases strength, stability and flexibility. It balances all the systems of the body with therapeutic postures and connects you to the awareness of your breath. Modifications can be made for all levels no matter what your experience, beginner or established athlete. Temp 75- 80

Yin Yang
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga Yin Yoga emphasizes Yoga postures held on the floor for extended periods of time (usually 2 to 5 minutes or longer) with minimum muscular effort. The focus is on gentle stretching and stimulation of the fascia and connective tissues of the body primarily targeting the hips, pelvis and spine.
Yang Yoga is the more traditional Yoga based on a practice that promotes muscular strength, stamina and flexibility.
